Gregor Tresher, born in Frankfurt, Germany, is a techno pioneer whose career began in the early 1990s. Known for his focus on melody and timbre, he transcends trends with a timeless sound. His breakthrough came in 2005 with releases like "Still" and "Neon" on Datapunk, a remix of Sven Väth’s "Komm," and "Full Range Madness" on Cocoon’s Compilation F. His 2008 track "A Thousand Nights" was Beatport’s best-selling techno track of the year, cementing his global presence. Tresher has released on labels like Drumcode, Ovum, Intacto, Music Man, Moon Harbour, and his own Break New Soil, founded in 2009. His albums, including A Thousand Nights (2007), The Life Wire (2009), and Lights From The Inside (2011), showcase his versatility.
